I had a oil change. They forgot to put the sticker on my windshield that says when the next oil change is due. I had forgot to ask about my check engine light being on and no one said anything about it. I had to call back and get another appointment to check this out.

Had oil changed, first they broke lug nut key and are charging me for it. Second, with in four days engine light has come on and truck will not start. Can not get me in for over a week. Will never buy another vehicle from Bob Allen���s.

The team at Bob Allen has once again went above and beyond to help us with our vehicle needs. We had been wanting to get into a more reliable vehicle as our current ones were getting several years and miles on them. We were in need of a truck, so I started looking online at the stock. We chose one, a 2020 Chevy Silverado Trail Boss that we wanted to look at and the next day we had an appointment setup and long story short went home in what we wanted.
