The service was good. I had a terrible time making an appointment. I called 5 times thru the day for GMC service, it would ring a long time then go to voice mail. I left a message but no call back. The next time I called I told the operator that GMC service would not answer and she went another route to get me an appointment.

Just a filter & oil change. Two quarts extra show on the stick. (At least they did not charge me for the extra oil. Driving with extra oil, will that make the truck start using oil? I showed this to the service people.

The vehicle was not gassed up upon my arrival, the carpet floor mats are the wrong color, and the vehicle was not cleaned to my satisfaction (tires were not shined, water spots on vehicle, interior not detailed). Other than those things they did a great job.
