The dealership has changed since you have merged with Spirit. I used to really like dealing with you all until all the helpful people have left. I would have had to pay for something that really should have been free since we have purchased 5 new vehicles in the past 6 years from you all. GM is awesome and they stand behind their products and have helped me so much. My next vehicle is going to be a Tahoe but I will purchase it somewhere else.

Took my car in to check out an issue. Initially it wasn���t detected, so I brought it back. They kept my car longer to be able to diagnose it and thankfully were able to offer me a ���loaner��� (I didn���t have to try and rent something) to drive while they figured out my car issue. My car is driving smoothly now and appears fine. I appreciate the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff, including Mike. Mike kept me in the loop during the repair process and was very helpful.

Melyssa was great. I kept her busy with lots of questions and requesting pictures. She was always fast to respond but never pushed to make a deal. I like that. Whenever I am pushed the answer is always NO
The gentleman who scheduled me in was great to deal with. We had my wife's car serviced and also worked with your detail manager, Ricky I think, to have it detailed. Wow!!! Awesome job. We have her car detailed every couple months at a detailer, but it doesnt compare to the job they did. We will have it detailed every service from now on. Your service department is top notch
Bob Allen has serviced our Tahoe for years and now we have a Buick. They gave us the same fantastic service with the Buick as they do with the Chevy Tahoe. Saturday hours make it doable for us since we live in another town. Staff is always helpful and friendly.
I am a new customer at Bob Allen Motor Mall. I was pleased with the salesman which I requested. He provided all the information I needed. Since I was purchasing a vehicle identical to the one I own, just 3 years newer, I was quite familiar with how it worked and the options on the vehicle. The salesman was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
