The AI assisted scheduling did not work. I had to make several attempts to schedule an oil change. I finally called Debbie Landis, who was able to take care of getting an appointment for me. I appreciate her efforts to help me schedule service. However, the automated system needs attention.

Debby, our salesperson, was exceptional. She was warm, professional, and genuinely respectful throughout the entire process. She never pressured us, allowed us the time we needed to make decisions, and still kept the experience moving efficiently so we weren’t there all day. Her balance of patience and guidance made the process smooth and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend that friends and family work with Debby when purchasing a vehicle in the future.
