    Everything is good except my truck is evidently a lemon. And that’s not Bob Allen’s fault. But when I do have to leave it there to be repaired, I will be given an SUV, I think that’s kinda lame. I would have bought an suv if I wanted to drive an suv. Instead I bought an expensive new truck. Not even 25k miles later, I’ll be in a rental that I can’t pull my boat with. Bob Allen service dept gets 5 stars, GM gets negative one star

    Our vehicle sat at the dealership for 10 days with zero communication about what was going on with it. We couldn’t get ahold of anyone in the service department during this time and it took us texting the GM on his personal cell to get someone to communicate with us. The GM never even responded to that text, it was a mechanic that ended up calling us. Another 8 days and we finally received a call that our vehicle was ready. We also went those first 10 days without even a mention of a loaner vehicle. Poor customer service and VERY poor communication. Our oldest child will be driving this year and the plan was to get her a vehicle from this dealership. We will probably shop around elsewhere, unfortunately.
